Ok, so I decided to go back to school a couple of months ago. I got all the details worked out. Well the day is here and I start school tomorrow. I am sooo nervous. I am only taking math100 and eng100 as refresher courses due to it being 20 years since HS... OMG I am getting old. LOL Got the books, got the desk cleaned off and cleaned the layer of dust covering it do to no use other than to collect things, and I am ready. But it still is not doing anything for the nerves of walking into that class room. I know it will be ok, but ok, well I just needed to vent that. Hope it was ok, gotta have someone to talk to about it that will understand. My 3 and 5 years just think its funny mom is going to learn that 1+1 is not 3 LOL ( that is what the hubby told them)

Congratulations on going back to school. You are doing a wonderful thing for your family. I was only out of high school a couple of years before I decided to attend college and I was nervous so I can't imagine how you feel. Before you go to class just take a deep breath, relax and keep in mind that there are more nontraditional students attending college now days than ever before. I am sure that you will be surprised to see you will have classmates who have been out of school much longer than you. It sounds like you are well prepared so just have confidence that you will do great. Nontraditional students usually do better than other students anyway. I didn't take refresher courses when I went back to school, but I wish I had because they are a good thing.
