Gluten free daycare!

I have a HUGE desire for a gluten free daycare. I would also love for it to be christ based. What I need to figure out now is if there is anyone in north GA off of hwy 575 that is interested in this. I want to start it as an in home daycare, and pray that some day it fits all the needs and grows into a stream line daycare. That would be great!
I guess it would be a gluten free/christian/special needs catered daycare. I have a child with Celiac Disease, and a child with all the signs of Cystic Fibrosis (yet no official diagnoses yet). It would be so great for them to have a place to be 'normal' and not have to worry about how they are being fed or cared for.
