The unexamined life is not worth living

Do you have any idea what feet look (and feel) like after being wrapped up and ignored during an entire Midwest winter? I will spare you and just say that my feet were rough, neglected and dry this morning. A spa pedicure was not in the budget so I checked out the Internet for at-home ideas. This is what I did and the results are absolutely luxurious! My feet feel so good.

Step 1: Trim nails straight across and file them.

Step 2: Soak feet for 10 minutes in  hot water with 2 TBS sugar, 5 TBS oil and a few dashes of lemon juice.

Step 3: Push back cuticles and apply put foot scrub then wash it off in foot soak.

Step 4: Apply lotion and wrap feet in very warm (from microwave) wet hand towels for 5 minutes.

Step 5: Use foot file (like PedEgg) to remove callouses. Rinse feet in foot soak again. Dry feet. Apply lots of lotion and a pair of thick socks.

I just had to share this!

Fantastic!

Great for someone like me... I can't stand it when strangers touch my feet.
