okay back in March 6.09, we bought a 2000 Chevy Blazer, we had it less than 24 hours, it had a lot of problems. well be took it back Less than 24 hours and they wouldnt Switch it or give me my money back i put 3000 down. and owe 2100. well we paid 2 payments on it. then we was going to pay our 3rd payment. and the fuel pump went out. and then they came and got it. and now they wont give it back or our money back. We had the 30 day warrenty or 1000 mile. well it didnt cover like sh*t and the dealer guy kept saying there Mechanic Check them over, well i guess they used to be in one place and moved to another place(where i purchaced the vehicle) and now there in a new place with a new name. well the other two guys aint working there no more. and they have a bunch of Complaints and stuff.  So what Would you do? do you think it would be easy to get our money back or is it too late?

I would  certainly complain to the Better Business Bureau at least. And if I had the money to do so I would definitely hire an attorney, they can't keep the vehicle if you are paying for it!

I'm sorry to say, but you're probably out of luck. I'm guessing they sold the thing to you without you taking it to A DIFFERENT mechanic, one NOT affiliated in any way with the seller, and you did not spend the 15 bucks on your own, to obtain a Carfax search of the title, which also lets you know what major work has been done on the vehicle. Do not EVER trust a used car salesman. ALWAYS double and triple check any information they tell you. They ONLY get paid if they sell vehicles, so naturally, they're going to blow sunshine up your skirt until you feel so warm and fuzzy you can't WAIT to throw a pile of cash on them! it's VERY easy for them to fake a Carfax report. All they have to do is get one from a GOOD version of the same vehicle, switch out the vehicle ID number, and there you have it...

You need to have a lawyer read the receipt, and the warranty they gave you at the time of signing. You MAY or may not have a leg to stand on, depending on what the fine print says. I'm sorry you're learning this lesson the hard way.

There is a such thing as a lemon law. You just have to file the necessary complaints.
