What is up with these people!?!

I live in an apartment complex and unfortunately it is not all that great. It does not have the best people living in it. My fiance had our door open a few minutes ago and I heard a women yelling and screaming about something. She was yelling the "F" word a lot and using other words I would not like my daughter to hear. Unfortunately for me my 2 year old daughter was standing outside and could hear every word. Come to find out the woman wasn't even outside. She was in her apartment yelling at her kids. YELLING THAT CRAP AT HER KIDS!!! We brought our daughter in and shut the door.

She is not the only one in my apartment complex that does it. I have heard the woman 2 doors down shouting at her son (who is like 7) to "Get the 'F' upstairs." I just don't understand these people and I know it is none of my business but when you air your dirty laundry, so to speak, in front of everyone... They just really upset me. I don't understand how they could be so mean to their children.

This apartment complex is really bad and I can't wait until we can move. Good riddence!

We lived in an apartment complex like that once, for nine months, got out of there as fast as we could before it affected our two children at the time, one was six and an infant.

In my experience with apartments there is always going to be something you wont like. I lived in three different apartments. All in different neighborhoods. I hated all of them.

It is appalling how some parents are with their children.  I look at my own son and am amazed at how quickly he picks up on things just by watching and listening to us.  It's unfortunate that your neighbors are like that!

I agree with you. I'm not 100% perfect but I know how to speak and not to speak with my children. That language is never acceptable abound kids.
