Question: Do you think EA Sports Active would help you?

Boy I am sore.
I walk a lot between work and home, but don't really set aside time to workout and this game/program is kicking my butt.
I've continued to gain weight slowly over the past 7 years. Pre-pregnancy I weighted about 140, now I am about 190. With my only child graduating from Kindergarten this week, I can't really call it baby-weight anymore. Gonna do something about it instead.
I've gained 3 pounds so far, but I know the muscle I'm building is only going to help in burning unwanted fat. I already have more energy. I decided not to try and change anything about what I'm eatting, just stick to the 30-day Challenge workouts, but because I am working out I've noticed that I crave more veggies and less fatty/sugary foods.
I feel leaner throughout my hips and waist (big problem areas for me), even though the scale says I've gained instead of lost.
The routines are just long enough to make you want to scream, but they really do work up a sweat and do a good job of working out different areas on different days.
I'm gonna stick with this and hopefully see more results!
