Of making the punishment for someone, who would it be? What would be that person's punishment?

I would punish the mother of my step-daughter for these reasons:

*Making my family's life a living hell

*Mentally abusing SD

*Continually defying court orders

*Denying my DH his parenting time

*Acting so out of control that I had to call the cops on her to be removed from my property

*Lying to every person, place and institution for about 5 years about SD's last name being something it is not- and teaching it to SD

*Never notifying DH about SD's school activities (we just missed an awards ceremony where SD won two awards and $20)

There is more but this is what her punishment would be:

Full physical and legal custody given to my DH. BB can have visitation every other weekend and one fone call per week. NO HOLIDAYS and not even summer extended time. I would even have her serve time for all of her violations of the court orders. She has really crossed the line WAY TOO MANY TIMES and she needs a real slap in the face to show her that she just can't do what she wants without consequence.

Of course, the Judge himself would never order any of the above but it would be nice if DH could just get physical custody with the BM having the same kind of parenting time that he's been getting/being denied. She just seriously needs to see a psychologist because what she has been doing is not healthy for SD and I think that is what really grinds my gears. She is a MOTHER and is so caught up in her own selfish ways that she is hurting her own daughter. I am a biological mother myself and I could never imagine allowing someone else to hurt my kids, let own doing it myself!

So, yeah, I would make her punishment as harsh as I could until I thought she was mentally fit to be a parent.
