Kids can be cruel!

Okay so my three babes are going to summer day camp this week. It is a fantastic camp sponsored by a local church. This is day 3 and they have had a blast......until today. Julianna go off the bus crying and said she hates camp. It seems that some of the other kids were teasing her and telling her how ugly she was. One 6yr. old little girl told her that she was too ugly to be her friend. Of course she is beautiful! I have tried to tell her to ignore people like that they only do it because they aren't taught better but her heart is broken. Any advice? What can I say to her to make her not take it so much too heart?

Let her know that those are the kids who are ugly on the inside. That they need someone to pray for them to help turn their hearts in to areas of sunshine. It's hard went someone hurts our children. You want too rip their heads off but there's really not a lot you can do but comfort them and let them know that they are beautiful to you and God.
