still mending

I am still mending from my last flare up. I am still exhausted! I will not do that again. I don't know still if it was the sun or my stupidity to work that hard in my garden??? I am just having a terrible time getting out of this flareup. I wonder if others have this much trouble w/ activity??? I guess alot of it has to do w/ the weaning of my steroids along w/ everything else going on w/ me.....

Well hopefully tomorrow will be better....
