Child rape in the apt. building where my mom lives!!!

It was on the radio this morning and I am still shaking with fear. A man from the apartment buildings my mom lives in raped a 10 year old and 12 year old girl from January until May.
I never let my children out alone over there because of the crazy drivers, but now I know I won't let them out over there at all. I am afraid though because my sister lives over there and lets her children out unsupervised all the time, so know I gotta ask them if anyone has touched them when they come over to my house.
I pray nothing happened to them too. I am also praying for those 2 little girls and that the man that did this gets what he deserves.
