If any of you know me well, you will know that I can't cook. I can make anything that goes into an oven come out tasting like a piece of heaven, but it if goes on top of the stove, we are most likely going to be eating out.
You also probably know that my family is fairly picky when it comes to food. I like to have things made a certain way and if I can subsitute garlic for onions, I will. My husband likes to experiment and put as much onions and tomatoes into things as he can, but he will refuse to eat fruit. My son has demanded that he eat french fries at every meal (no I don't let him).
I have searched recipes online. I've bought books that not only give me recipes but also give me ideas on how to get my son to eat more vegetables. I have bought every magazine that says it has recipes that will feed my family for under so many dollars.
Finally, I have realized that I really just want to talk with other moms about it. There are obviously tons of picky eaters out there, otherwise why would there be so many help books on the subject. I've created a group where you can share recipes, talk about that new food item you've fallen in love with, or just ask questions about things.
