placenta pervia

I was just told this morning my ultra sound came back and I have a tear in my placenta.. they are calling it partial placenta pervia.. Im 20 weeks along so I have a little bit to go and am worried.. has anyone had this before?? They say the signs of it is bleeding but I havent had any of that (yet) hopefully never!
