I know most of you, my cafemom friends, don't live near me but I want our lemonade stand to be a huge success and the best way to do that is to tell everyone we know about it.  Our homeschool group is holding a lemonade stand at my house for Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation.  The Foundation raises money for pedaitric cancer research.  All the proceeds of our stand will be going to them.  We would love it if you could come out and support us and tell all your friends.  If you can't come to our stand but would like to support it here's a website so you can make a donation of whatever you can: http://www.alexslemonade.org/stands/11534, no donation is too big or too small.  The stand will be at my house: please email for address on Friday, June 12, 2009 from 10am to 2pm.  We'll have lemonade, chips, foosball, coloring pages, and more information about the Foundation.  Thanks to Lynn from Jennie's Party Explosion, http://www.jenniespartyexplosion.com/, we will also have balloon animals, popcorn, and karaoke!  Even if you can't make a donation we'd love to for you to stop by and show your support.

We were supposed to have our new carpet installed on Tuesday and Thursday of this week, but it has been moved to Thursday and Friday. I'm not sure how long they will take on Friday since they should install the majority of it on Thursday. If they are finished in time, then we'll head over to the lemonade stand.
