I am too excited to wait until Thursday to post!  LOL

I haven't been using the Wii to track things so I will go with the weight my scale said today and what the BMI calculator online says.

March 11, 2009 ~ 142.0 pounds; BMI 26.13

June 9, 2009 ~ 123.6 pounds; BMI 22.5

I bought a pair of aeropostale jeans the other day (IMO they run small) in a size 7/8 and they fit!  My MIL even has some 5's saved for me and I can get them on but they are still tight in the thighs.  I bought some cute Old Navy tshirts that are mediums and they fit and are cute!  I always wanted to wear those little t-shirts but they looked silly with my rolls hanging out and now I don't have that problem.

I have been running 3 miles 3 or 4 days per week and doing strength training and for a month my weight was completely at a stand still.  Then over the past few days it went down seemingly overnight but this isn't the first time my weight loss was like that!  I think I gained some muscle this time and the running is really helping me lose more weight.

I just feel so good and really want to get to my goal of 115 by my birthday on August 27th.  I just want to be able to keep it off once I hit my goal.  I hear about so many people who get to their goal and then gain and I don't want to do that!

I came to check out your page after seeing your post about how well you have been doing.  You are a wonderful inspiration.  I've been trying.  I have noodle legs tonight after a horrid spinning class....one day at a time.  You rock!!!

OH, well done.  I'm on a weight loss track...I have to get down to 125...and I'm targeting this to be accomplished in 20 weeks so puts me at the end of October...and maybe a little extra for Christmas.  I'm doing most via nutritional changes...and hope to start walking consistently this next week.  Keep us updated.
