Well its been awhile since I posted anything so here is my attempt to share :) Near the end of May we had a field trip to the Dallas World Aquarium, the kids had so much fun and Annabeth was so busy! She was all over that place, and at one point she got out her wipes and decided the place needed cleaning up LOL Dalton had a fascination with the sting rays, he was in total awe of them.

after this little guy landed on Dalt's shoulders....he then dubbed the bird "his friend" for the rest of the day.

here is sissy being busy

this was taken right before lunch, he was STARVIN and he wasnt gonna smile till he got fed!

finally FOOD!

the sting rays

the alligators ummm....hanging out?

the sharks' tunnel which I thought was really cool! We havent been to Sea World yet so this place was an "oh wow" for us LOL

Miss busy body, see the wipey?

I LOVE this one in case you havent noticed from my profile! Its straight off the camera no editing what so ever.

this one too..

there are TONS more but I dont wanna bore ya'll to death LOL
SO moving on....this was my son's first year to attend any kind of school setting. These are from the program they put on, he was a sting ray (go figure) in the Under the Sea theme. He attended a Montessori preschool two days a week from 9-2 and this year he will be attending pre-k there with that same schedule. I thought he might enjoy one more year of a smaller class plus only going 2 days vrs 5 days. The student/teacher ratio in the public pre-k was 20-1 and I just wasnt ready for that. For now, at least one more year, I can control his environment some and all the students in his class are all kids he goes to church with, the teachers also attend our church so thats comforting for me :)
You'll notice in these pictures that he is a tall boy, people ask me all the time if he is in fact 4. Some will even ask me if I am sure he is 4yrs old....umm yeah pretty sure LOL
this is Annabeth with Ms Casi and her son Colin who I have been keeping since he was 6ks old. We were fed dinner before the program, they asked the kids be dressed nicely then they served us pizza and lasagna :(

here's my lil man leading the pack onto the stage

this is the Sting Ray is shaped like a diamond song, he is standing next to his girl Jaden (they have a love/hate relationship)

now he has spotted me and flashes me a big 'ol grin

this is the stoplight song sung to where is thumbkins. They would say Where is redlight where is redlight, here I am here I am. Tell me what you say sir, tell me what you say sir...I say STOP....I say STOP LOL it was cute, they did it to red light, yellow light and green light

sissy watching brother on the stage

and finally Dalton and his grammie, not the best pic of her and she would kill me for posting it but it was dark in there I couldnt see well!

so there you have it, that was pretty much our month in May. Now it looks like my daycare is up and running and Monday I will have my regulars back so I will try to pop in here from time to time to check up on all my friends and participate in my groups when I can. Hope ya'll are having a great summer so far...PEACE OUT! :)

Incredible shots, Heather! Your little man IS getting so big! Wow! I love when they do those little shows for us, don't you? It's one of the most precious things that they do when they're little!! I will SO miss the preschool shows since Nicholas will soon be in Kindergarten...sob!
