Realitor's 4 yr old daughter session

This little girl was not into doing things my way so I had to follow her around and try to capture as she went.  I was also having troubles with the pictures being very dark or very bright and I couldn't figure out why...after the session when I had time to sit and think why, I looked at my camera's metering button and noticed it was set to shadow.  I felt like such an amateur for not noticing this simple problem.  So I had to do a little more editing than usual, but hopefully her mom will like the few that I did get.  Thanks for looking at these few and check at more at my flickr:   http://www.flickr.com/photos/heathermeyerphotos/sets/72157619249207517/

hey, don't feel bad. i shot my first wedding at ISO 800 - the WHOLE DANG THING! i felt like a total idiot.
