Does anyone know of a nutritionist for kids in Suffolk?

My daughter is on ADHD medication and was recently put on seizure meds as well. She also get reds circles on her skin. Someone told me they were hives. I need to take her for allergy tests. Does anyone know of good nutritionist for kids, in Suffolk County preferred. But will go as far as Nassua County. Does insurance cover it?
