Monday night circus.

I'm not one to lie and say i have great parents. They fought a lot as i grew up and my mom has a serious drinking problem i think my dad might have caused, I will how ever say that I am thoroughly entertained every monday when I go visit. Being one of seven children you learn how to find boring situations amusing and today my brother and sister in law did just that. It was my cousins birthday( she turned 8) and I don't think I have conspired to annoy my mom in such a way that she wasn't even aware we were screwing with her. For example she had a water baottle full of well it wasn't water thats for sure,  we dumped her oh so yummy contents on the ground out side and filled it with real water. To watch her make a face of pure disgust when her water bottle was full of the real thing instead of the other clear was far more amusing then i would have thought. Though the final gesture was her pulling it away to see if it was actually hers. I am not quite sure how I made it out of my home sain but I know it had alot to do with family moments like this.

Jul. 28, 2009 at 11:30 AM I feel your pain. I am 1 of 6 girls. We always knew how to make a disfunction situation hi-freain-larious. My dad drinks all the time and one I remember one night after a lot of rock-paper-scissors I ended up being the one to put hot sauce all over the rum of my dad's beer. This was not just any hot sauge it was made of only the hottest peppers and vinegar.
