Finally Painting!!

So we decided on a blue room with a chocolate accent wall for our little man.  Since we were only given one primer it was recomended to us at the store we use it for the darker wall especially since we built our house and the walls had never been painted with good paint. (they soak up the paint like mad!!) The blue walls took 2  coats of paint.  The second coat was more necessary just to even things out and cover any spots we missed!! On the chocolate accent wall we started with a primer then covered it with 2 coats of the chocolate paint.  I don't think it would have been necessary for so may coats if te room had been painted before but since it haden't the walls really absored the paint!  I think the color's are beautiful and perfect for any little boy!!
