so we went to the zoo and had a great time. we were there from open to close. anyways we came home from the zoo and there on the door was a note from children services saying that they would like to meet with us.

My heart stopped. I immediately thought of my husbands grandmother and he said that he was sure that she would not do that.

anyways we spemt teh whole time scrubbing down the walls cleaning the carpets finding nay dust bunnies that we could find. I spent over three hundred dollars on groceries.

after the lady came to the house she said taht he person taht has called had said that we had 25 cats the house was filthy and there was pee and poop all over the floor from teh cats. we had no food in the house, the children were never given baths and they were left unsupervised.

Afetr she was done we found out taht it was indeed his grandmother. I think that I would have rather it been a friend at least then the ties are easier severed. how do you move foward with that type of betrayel and lies.

Wow, thats a problem you don't need.   I would approach her, say your feelings to her and avoid her as much as possible .

That is a horrible thing for your husband's grandmother to do. I would write her a letter saying how you feel about the lies that she told about you and sending Children Services out to your house and wasting there time. Then I would avoid her as much as possible that way you are less likely to say something that you might regret later.
