So Hot!

Its so hot outside! the heat index for the past few days has been over 100! the worst part is that our AC works just not blowing out cold air. i have a fan in the kids room and i keep their shirts wet so the wind from the fan hits the shirt and cools them a little. also lots of juice and water! i also put up blankets on their windows to keep their room dark and not have much sunlight come in. we cant get it fixed till the end of july. sucks. but at least we have been out of the house alot when the temps go up high and go to the mall and such to keep cool. hope this heat wave passes fast or at least give us some rain. when there is no sun our AC works fine, sorta. it keeps our house below 85.

It sounds as if the fan is blowing but the AC isn't running properly. Have you had the Freon checked? Maybe that's all you need. If the AC is blowing but NOT getting cold, then it is NOT working.
Don't wet their shirts, they might end up with more of a rash or pneumonia.
