This is NOT for the faint of heart, but it is SO good for them.  At the end, they will be able to save themselves, and even now could give me enough time to get to them if I need too.

What you said is SO true. They will get it. I should see about getting my kids swimming lessons. It is good for all kids to know.

They are So cute!

Whew, I am not sure I could be there while they did that.  My husband wanted to me to put our kids in those lessons (forgot what they called them) I commend you for doing it, I work with my kids in the pools  when we swim.

My grandson who is four took those swimming lessons.  In less then a hour he could swim to the other side of the pool by himself.  And get out too.  Its well worth it.  He goes to the pool that Phelps owns.

Jun. 24, 2009 at 8:38 AM I'm confused...are they swim lessons too? Just seems like its teaching them to not panic and keep their head up? But she looks like she's panicking.... I'm so not sure I could handle it. Wanted to get the boys swim lessons this year but w/ Zach's therapy schedule we couldn't do it
