My friend is so sick right now. I hope she gets through this okay.

A friend of mine from work got sick a couple of weeks ago. She was throwing up, so she went to the ER. They gave her fluids and sent her home, they all thought it was the flu. Well, every day she got sicker and weaker, and started having vision problems, then two days ago, she woke up totally blind. They flew her to Seattle. They ran all kinds of tests and diagnosed her with pseudotumor cerebri. She could be blind permanantly if they can't keep the pressure off her brain and optic nerves. She is so sick right now. God I feel like crying. And she's only 21.
