I am desperately trying to come up with some sort of budget for this family.  We go through money like it's water.  I can't keep up with paying the bills and all the expenses we seem to have.  We are declaring bankruptcy, but not even that seems to be helping.  We pay for everything in cash, but still have problems.  I have to come up with some sort of solution and a plan on how I can figure out how much we can spend every month and pay all of the bills.
