So Tired of the Health Care Reform!!!

Everyday I watch the news and I see this healthcare reform. To be honest I don't want it. Its to socialistic and might I add to expensive for the U.S. to afford to do it. Obama talks about other countries doing it and how it works for them. What planet is he on??? It doesn't work for them, why do you think those people that have universal health care come here for treatment. Look I don't care if you voted for Obama or you didn't. My question is this and I would really want you to think about it, before some of you people start telling me that I'm stupid or just don't know what I'm talking about. If this reform happened, most of those who voted for Obama would think its such a great idea. Okay here is my question- What if one of your children got sick with cancer or some other debilitating disease and you went to go seek treatment and they told you, " I'm sorry but your child will have to wait 8 weeks before getting an appointment or for that matter recieving any kind of treatment."  Now some of you will say, "Oh no, that isn't what would happen." Yes it would that is what universal healthcare is. Russia, Canada, and most of Europe have this, and they hate it. They come here for lung transplants or whatever treatment, because they have to wait so long to get it in their country. Ugh it makes me sick to think that if this reform passed within the year and heaven forbid that one of my children got some horrible illness, that they could die with out the needed treatment. Seriously if you think that you know what Obama is trying to do, you really need to look at what the people in Canada or anywhere else in the European nations have to go thru to get medical treatment. I like having the luxury of being able to take my child to the doctor when they are ill and not have to wait for maybe more than a day or if that. I had to get this out, because when you really think about it, this Healthcare reform is just plain bad!
