A letter to a mother's daughter

 Dear Destiny

Why do you torment me every single day?

Why is it when I say no in a public place you will cry as if someone is beating the life out of you? Dont you know that brings attention to yourself?

Why did you hide a puppy today making mommy and daddy think Lilly the mom dog ate it?

Why do you color on the dinner table?

Why dont you wear your dresses? You are my only daughter and I want a girly daughter. I do accept that you enjoy wearing shorts and pants though.

Why dont you ever listen to me?

Why do you have to fight and yell at me everyday?

You know I love you dearly but I wish for once you and I could have a easy day without the screaming or temper tantrums.

I hope when you get older that one day we could laugh at all the things you did but right now I will be crying.

Destiny you are my only daughter and will always be why can't you help mommy and be calm and happy so I can be calm and happy.
