First 4th in.....

 This is the first 4th of July in 7 years I haven't been called names or felt scared. It feels good. I am alone this year with just my kids but you know what it feels GREAT for it just to be us. I went a bought some fire works to do with my kiddos and the 4 of us are going to light them and really celebrate our freedom because see on the 31st of this month it will be our 1 year anniversary of leaving abuse and BUILDING a NEW LIFE. I am happy and hope to find a GRANT or scholarship to collage this Monday because in September I plan to start collage in the dental field. The X sent me a text this morning it sounds as if he is miserable. He says he wishes he was here to watch fire works the kids LMAO He never wanted to send or do any thing with the kids and I when we were together so why is it now he feels he needs to spend it with them HUMMM?? YEAH RIGHT. It seems he likes to call on holidays to see what we are doing or to demand the kids to see his mom ( Long story I will tell and other time) Hell no him and his MOTHER GRRRRR  love to wreak our holidays and I wont let them wreak this one LOL. any ways I wanted to share my joy..

aww I am so glad you all could celebrate your freedom together!  :)  Congratulations, you've made it one year without him!!!

I am so glad u got to enjoy a abuse free holiday!!!  you go girl ... if i was you. .. .I would just let his "holiday check up " calls go to voice mail !!!  Hmmm.... i musta missed that one ... LOL  I love happy endings !!!!!  Way to go !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
