I follow Davidmmasters (the chocolate diet guru) on twitter.  I just saw that he lost his son today, on Independence day.  His son was fighting in Afghanistan.  Please honor his son and if you have twitter, please tweet #thankyouaaron for his ultimate sacrifice.
