My day at the local county fireworks, I judged and sang and won a talent show !!

Well we went to help my gf out at the local fireworks show her dady puts on in the next county over today. I had to judge a baby show, got cussed out by a baby's mama and won a talent show lol. Not bad for a day's work

The baby show was the first thing after we got all set up and everything under control

They were so cute it was hard picking them all, although one baby wasn't so hard to not pick. Note to mom's here, I want to see YOUR BABY not YOUR coochie all sprawled in front of my face while you attempt to COACH your child to be bubbly. This particular mother had her daughter who was kinda cute doing all these cute little waves and hi's and song singing, then mom squats down with her legs all sprawled out in short shorts and we could see all her stuff... Ummm yeah . Then to make matters worse we told her "ty we have seen enough" 3 times only to have her CONTINUE to put her daughter through all these little cutsie poses and behaviors. At that point we were beyond done... then we got cussed because we did not choose her daughter to win anything. Ok note to you chickadee, we saw more of you then we wanted to , and hardly nothing of your child, ya know the one who you placed in front of us like some kind of thouroughbred in a parade. Some things are cute, shaking your tail at 2 and talking about how HOT you are at that age is not anywhere close to cute from  her mouth or yours. Your display of body parts might have changed the biew of some judges but not me or the other 2. We were actually sympathetic for your child who at the tender age of 2 is being taught that what you can do with your BODY means more then your personality...  Ok nuff said

We left to go get my mom and came back as I was supposed to judge the talent show. Well I wound up IN the show and WON woohoo go me...

Bingo which we won NADA at lol and a raffle, again we won nothing. Fireworks got postponed due to too much rain... here are some pics of our day

Sounds like ya had fun! btw...ignore the psycho mother...I just feel bad for the little girl, she's either gonna grow up to be a slut or she's gonna be embarrassed by her mama everyday!

I hope that someone somewhere teaches that little girl that she is beautiful, and she doesn't have to show them to prove it.

Congrats!!! It looked like a lot of fun!!  LOL about the mom at the baby contest..sad I know..but, the way you described it I still had to laugh.  Poor little girl...trust me at some age she will realize that her mom is crazy and hopefully use that to her benefit in life...IE on how to act.

I am glad you won the talent show..what did you sing?  Sounds like a blast.
