Biggest decision and so nervous

Most of you know that I have been going back to church for months now. And it feels right to me and like it is my truth.

I know that most knew me as Pagan but that wasn't my truth. And like I have said before that just because it wasn't my truth doesn't mean it doesn't have truth. I don't find it sinful and never will and the only person who could judge is God because I will not pretend that I know everything and will condemn others for it.

Well just this last Sunday I have decided to be baptized. I really want to be baptized in the River but the Pastor asked if this Sunday would be better. Now I love this Pastor and all but I am the kind of person that goes... oh ok.

But I really want to be baptized in the river this August... I don't know. Should I just go through with it this Sunday or wait until August?

If you feel that you are being called to do it in the River in August then that is what you should do. This is a big life changing decision and you should do it the right way for you.

IMO, if you feel that doing it in the river would be more meaningful in YOUR life, then wait and do it then.  It is your decision to make. Being baptized is something between you and God, and I think He would want you to do it however and whenever YOU want. I am so happy for you!!

Do it where you feel your heart and convictions lie. You have a desire to be baptised in the river so that is what I feel you should do. As I said in your other journal I wish you well :) I'm thinking about you mama. I will be watching your journal :)
