I started Weight Watchers yesterday. I did really well. I used two flex points last night because I was craving cheese and something. Today I haven't done as well (I haven't used all my points yet lol). I'm really irked about starting this when I did, because I hurt my back yesterday morning, so I can't exercise right now. I'm really liking this so far, though. I haven't been hungry like I usually am and I know I'm eating healthy (for the most part). I was really surprised to find out how many things are WW friendly that I already ate. I really think that this might work for me, so long as my back gets better soon! I can't wait til I can start exercising again, though. I'm trying really hard to lose 20-30lb and get my body back. If this doesn't work...idk what I'm going to do.
