Facebook allows my friends to see certain families pages and even their posts on my facebook. And these two family members who happen to be sisters and one being in her 30's and the other is my age 27. Both have kids and one had a marriage but she was cheating on him... long story. Anyways they are constantly cussing, talking about drinking, throwing up on shoes, and even my personal favorite their favorite sexual position.

Now I will joke around with my friends about some things like sexual positions but I keep those in IM where no one can see that. So now my mother, my grandmother, my aunt, all my friends, and my in-laws are seeing this and they are looking at me like "Ummmm what?!"

And what happens if I make friends at the church? Almost everyone facebooks so... it is inevitable they will add me.

I don't agree with their life style... I know for a fact they make fun of me always posting about something religious that I am uber excited about, I am always doing my homework and posting about a class, and they make fun of the fact I don't drink anymore and I have been married for 5 years without cheating (both of these women have cheated on their men). But I really don't care what they think of me because of their own lifestyles.

We have talked to them countless times about their actions online and how they post pictures of their drunk butts constantly. Their self proclaimed "best picture ever" was one of my cousins doing shots from an ice glass. But they don't care "It is my life and I am a grown up!" Um no you are not. You are a kid who never grew up.

They bad mouth their mother constantly and their step father but those two are awesome people and I know for a fact these two had the most awesome life and use to beat on their mother.

So what should I do about the whole facebook thing? If I delete them from my facebook they are going to have huge fit.

Sorry if this seems like I am ranting but it has been getting on my nerves so bad. And they just dissed my own mother which makes me angrier. They are like the drunk idiots on those movies who are slobbering drunk and pointing out everyone elses problems. And I have been quiet about it but this is the first time I have ever had to deal with this.

I would delete them. If they can't be respectful then delete, but keep them on Myspace. LOL

Yeah, that's one thing I don't like about FB, everyone can read everything.  Now it's not a problem for me because I have nothing to hide, and I don't care if anyone reads what I say,  I am who I am.  But, my boys can talk pretty raunchy.  I just tell people they're adults. I'm not responsible for the way they act anymore.  I didn't raise them that way.  I've let everyone know, including them, that they're away from the Lord.  When they talk dirty around me, trying to push my buttons, I just smile and tell them, Jesus saves the vilest of sinners, and it's the kindness of the Lord that leads to repentance ;-)  I wouldn't worry about what people at church think.  You can't control what others say or do.  But if it's a problem for you, like Kristi said, just delete them.  When you stop laughing at their dirty jokes, it won't take long for them to either start being respectful, or they'll drop you from their friends' list.  Either way, you win.

Very true Memaw and I know the church is a very open church. We have homeless come to our church and the people just shake their hand and give them the biggest smile like they were no different than a person who owned a home. I love it there.

Sometimes they just try my patience. I think they just like the drama. And I am not a drama sort of person. They listen to rap and talk about being "ghetto" lol they grew up in the nicest part of Michigan with designer clothing and in an all white community. I laugh so hard at how they think they are all big and bad. Even my husband laughs at them and says that it is just sad.

there is a way you can make certain parts of your profile private. I can't remember how, but I bet you could look it up on google. everything is on google.

they sound like the type of people I wouldn't want to be around much.
