*Update #1 in blue* OMG I called my real dad tonite and this is what I found out *UPDATE #2 in red*

I haven't been able to get a hold of my dad in a few days so I tried again tonite and I got to talk to him, BUT I found some things out that really hurt me and is stressing me out.

Well the first thing he said to me was "he was trying to decide if he should go to the hospital" so of course I started asking why. He told me that he went to my aunts house and my uncles dog wrapped around my dads ankle and he fell on the concrete and his neck hit the yellow thing that the cars park in front of. And it knocked him out then my uncle ran out there to him and got him up and thats when they realized that his neck bone was sticking out and in two pieces plus theres another bone on his leg that was sticking out also (have no clue how).

On top of that they told me tonite that my dad doesn't have that long to live because he has liver cancer.

So I was still talking to him and I had to talk him into going to the hospital which it didn't like it, but I had to do something because he needed to go. The ambulance got there while I was on the phone with him.

About 30mins later I called my grandmother and she told me what the ambulance guy said...it was the main bone in his neck and if the cord is wrapped around then he could be paralyzed on that side.

They now have him in the xray room and I'll soon know what it is and what they are going to do about it.

UPDATE #1:

I just got off of the phone with my grandmother and the doctors said that he tore all of the litters in his neck and twisted them. They sent him home in a neck brace and two very strong pain medicines and said that he will be in a lot of pain for a while.

And apparently with the crying and pain he was in and my phone going in and out I misunderstood him...the bones were sticking up not out.

Sorry for the misunderstanding and THANK YOU all that sent thoughts and prayers!!

UPDATE #2:

Today I called my dad and I found out even more. The two prescriptions that the doctor at the hospital gave him Wednesday nite he just now got ONE of them filled. One was for the swelling and the other for the pain. He got the one for the swelling and has to wait for the other one until he gets the money to get it. I told him that I'd send him the money because he needed to get them both started so he can get better and he told me not to worry about it because he'll get better sooner or later...that really hurt.

He was pose to go back after he started/finished both prescriptions but now he has to make a different appointment.

Heres what is happening now to him...

The left side of his face, shoulder, neck, and throat are VERY swollen. If it swells another 8th of inch he could be paralyzed because the twisted cords are touching his spine. He can't even swallow, eat, or even sleep. He could barely even talk and when he did talk I had to listen very closely to understand what he was saying.

I will contine praying for your dad. I know that it is easier said than done but please try not to stress. That will only deteriorate your health. You are strong and you must belive that. Im praying for you also. Take care!!
