First of all, my weight:
March 11, 2009 ~ 142.0 pounds; BMI 26.13
July 12, 2009 ~ 118.8 pounds; BMI 21.7
Not too shabby, although I tend to fluctuate between 118-120 now. My routine has changed a ton since I started in March with the Wii Fit and jazzercise and now I've mostly been running. I run 4-5 miles most days and my long run so far has been 6 miles in 1 hour 3 minutes. Because of all the running I seem to be more hungry so my deficit has been smaller then when I first started but right now I'm ok with that. I am training for a half marathon in October and probably need the food! :)
I keep lowering my goal, I think 115 would be good but 110 would be even better! LOL I've found my passion in running and hopefully that will help me maintain once I reach my ultimate goal, whatever that might be.

I know just what you mean! When I started my weight loss journey my goal was 115 and now I'm down to 109 and somewhere between 100-105 is sounding even better (I'm a shorty so I can pull off the low weight, lol).
Awesome job with the running! I've just started getting into that and it is such a rewarding workout to push yourself and see how far you can go!
