not having the internet frees up a lot of time at home, i swear. i've been doing lots of fun stuff to keep myself occupied, like clearing out the laundry room and spending time with the kids. last week we were on vacation to the beach with friends whose kids are the same age as ours, it was great fun.
i got a new camera, and need to get the pics uploaded and do some work on either snapfish or kodakgallery to get them printed before the summer is over. not enough hours in the day!
am having a great summer with the kids, we are having a blast together. we take a bike ride every AM and they are playing independently without me hovering a lot more. it's amazing to see them grow. we had to institute a behavior chart b/c seriously, i thought someone wouldn't survive the summer with the meltdowns and breakdowns and overall brattiness...but since we've done that things have improved! we still have our momnets (nicholas!) but we're getting there!
i've been working out daily, either powerwalking or my stepper, as well as the yoga to build some muscle. i've lost 12 pounds since jan 1, without being as strict on my eating as needs be...so started on the calorie count and portion control and am hopiung that will help plunge the pounds lower. only 5months till i will be in a sleeveless bridesmaid's dress!!! YIKES!
guess that is it. love the CM friends but just have to be with the IRL life now. and i really do love the time we have together! take care all...and prep to be bombarded if/when i get the pics uploaded!
