CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. -- A nonprofit that generally helps wounded soldiers and their families is now in desperate need itself.
Since January, Operation Homefront has seen a 900 percent increase in families needing help from the same time last year.
With so much need and little money coming in, the middle Tennessee and Kentucky chapter is in jeopardy of shutting its doors. But the families they've helped are examples why their services are still in need.
