My husband and son are welders. I'm very proud of them. It is hard work, sweaty, dangerous at times, and can make for some very long work days.  I've tried welding.  I know of a woman who has done welding in her line of work.  It isn't for me, but trying it did help me relate better to what my guys have to go through and helps me understand better when they have a need for something.

Finding welding parts is one of our challenges.  We had some success with a place online called Industrial Rebel.  If anyone is interested, I'd be glad to pass on the link.  They have fast delivery, quality products, and courteous customer service.  These days I'm all about giving kudos for great customer service, especially when a woman is ordering for a man in a predominantly male field and is still treated with respect!

I get so disgusted when I am treated like an idiot by a man selling parts.  I support my family as much as possible, and when I am trying to help them with something, I don't want sarcasm, being treated like I am boring because I "don't know what I'm talking about", or being laughed at.  Laugh with me, not at me.

But I digress....this welding parts site is a small business trying to build a customer base and gain support.  I totally like to support small businesses that deserve the credit for doing things right.
