Many people spend their lives searching for their soulmate, their one true love. Some people are lucky to find the person they can truly call the better half of themselves, while others spend the rest of their lives searching and never finding. I am happy to count myself among the lucky ones, because I certainly found you.

I love you, my dearest Corey, you are my beloved husband, my hero and my best friend. I know that you are the only one for me, my one true love. I am happy and I am grateful that you came into my life, that where others have spent their entire lives looking for the one, I have found you. And now that I have found you, I shall never let you go.

9 years ago we made a pledge before God and all those we hold dear to be committed to one another and love one another for life. And today my heart rejoices as we celebrate that promise that has only grown stronger as we have traveled down life’s road together. I am so lucky to have you in my life. You are still the best part of each day. You still have the power to surprise me with your love and consideration. You still make me laugh until my sides hurt. And it is my heart’s prayer that in another 10 years we will still be celebrating all of these things. You have made my life complete and secure, through good times and challenges, and helped me become a better person. I believe in this marriage more strongly than ever.
