First time to hold my Grandson :))

Finally, little Heidern (spelled correctly but pronounced Hayden) is home from the hospital and they brought him to see me first thing.
I couldn't have been happier...He's so tiny and precious! Sorry about the picture overload but I just couldn't help it. LOL
As soon as she put him on the table and uncovered him he rose his hand to me as if to say...Hi Grandma!
We can see already that he's going to be a ham and keep us laughing.
Addison holding him... She kept saying I'm now Aunt Addi. Look at his long foot. LOL
Reiko was burping him and Levi couldn't keep his hands from touching him all day long. I don't think Levi's seen a baby so small before. We view Reiko as our daughter not of adoption but of the heart. Levi her birthson is our son through adoption. And because we see Reiko as our daughter ... this makes Heidern my grandson. It's a bit crazy sounding to outsiders but in our family it all just makes sense and feels sooooo right! We love them so much. Ps..Levi's top lip is red because he drank strawberry pop today. LOL
Bailey couldn't get enough of Heidern. I hardly got a chance to hold him between the girls and my hubby. Around this house we are all baby crazy and can't get enough of holding them.
Finally, I got to hold him and OH MAN, did he feel good in my arms. Such a blessing indeed! This Grandma stuff rocks!
Richard...my hubby, is enjoying this just as much as I am. I've often said he makes such a wonderful daddy... I'm sure that he will be just as awesome of a Grandpa.
Levi finally hit overload and crashed for a nap. He's such a sweet boy...I've been so blessed.
Here's the new little family. Heidern looks just like his Daddy. They are getting married in two weeks and my hubby will walk her down the isle and give her away in marriage. I get to hold Heidern during the wedding. Yay! We both just love Gabby so much and know he will be a very loving and wonderful husband ...and daddy. God has smiled so richly upon Reiko this past year and my heart sings with joy for her.
This is my favorite picture of Heidern looking at his Mommy. I'm going to frame this one for sure. It's just precious.
This little boy is such a joy and blessing.
