Hi all, I just wanted to share my good news with everyone. I got a job at my old grammar school. It's a private Catholic school, pre-k-8th grade. I'm the new music teacher. I get to change the music curriculum to what I feel is better for the kids. I have so many ideas, and I am really really excited about it. I also enrolled my son Christian in the school. He'll be starting there in September as well. We found out this week that he knows 3 of the kids in the class already, so now he is really excited. Big Big changes for all of us, but only for the better. I have a great feeling about this, and I am finally truly happy. This job literally came to me. I have been thinking of applying there, but never got the chance to, then last week my phone rang and it was the pastor of the church (who also runs the school) and he asked me if I would like an interview (he has known me for years, and knows that music is a big part of my life, and he thought of me first). I feel both honored and lucky. Well, just wanted to finally share some good news with you all. I hope your enjoying your summer!!!!
