For real this time!

I started exercising this morning. 20 minute workout !!!

Im going to do better at eating healthy......I feed my son healthy food, its stupid for me not to!

Gonna try and talk hubby into walking with Bear and I every night or something athletic.

July 20th , my scale is dead center on 160! I want to lose 10 pounds or at least a couple inches off my belly before school starts back at the end of August!

good luck i wish i had your will power i need to loose about 50lbs but cant motivate myself to get it done
