Neither of these days where particularly eventful so I am combing them. Sunday was a day of rest, I did not feel well so I slept all day. Today was a 6 mile easy run which did not happen because I am still not feeling well. I will do it tomorrow and just adjust my schedule a little, I don't see it being a problem. I at least did my morning yoga before I started feeling sick again. I have decided to run a 5k on Saturday though and I am looking forward to that.
