I'm thankful for not having boobs thrown in my face all the time by offensive and indecent breastfeeding mothers like the ones below:

Wait...Well, this is a bad example. Let's try again.

Hmm...Just a minute. I'm sure I can find better ones than these...

Eh, still not offensive enough. I'll check one more time.

That is better. LOOK AT THAT! I see about a half inch of boob. DISGUSTING.

UGH. Look at that indecency! She must be from some third world country to be exposed like that!

Now that's just...There are no words to descripe how inappropriate that is. Something needs to be done!

But why stop at breasfeeding women? There are boobs everywhere. Beware! If you thought the above photos were offensive, you WILL DEFINITELY be offended by the photos below.

Not this one, though. This one was in plain view on news stands and in mail boxes in 19 countries world wide!

Not this one, either. This one actually won an award!

Oh, and I guess this one is fine too. Everyone knows you can't sell jeans without someone being topless.

Or beer, for that matter.

Or sunglasses.

Or movie tickets.

Or CDs...

You know what? Maybe I'm crazy, but I think that someone mixed up some photos here. The first batch are offensive, but the second batch are just fine and dandy???

I breastfed my children anywhere and everywhere they needed to feed.... unfortunately uneducated people and the close-minded forced me to sometimes feed my children in dirty public bathrooms... because breastfeeding was obscene.  Would they have like to eat their dinner on a dirty public bathroom floor!

Madismom - Would you like to eat dinner in a toilet stall where humans deficate and urinate?  Restrooms are for those activities only, NOT feeding a child!!!  My husband is a Youth Minister and a church is a mere building, not anything more, and feeding your child NATURALLY the WAY GOD INTENDED, should not be looked down upon by you or anyone else!  I nursed my son in church in the nursery or in an office, and I am  sure that God didn't care that it was in HIS house.  When people start making rules as to what can and can't be done in church, that is where things get out of focus of the real meaning of going to group worship is about.  Moms shouldn't feel guilty for any reason nursing at a church... If "they" don't like it, you should go somewhere else.... Spreading the Good News is much more important than chiding a mom doing what she is supposed to be doing as the Bible instructs.  You missed the mark on this one!

I have never breast fed my child in a restroom (unless it was in one of those stores with a comfy couch or chair to sit in while doing it) no way would I ever sit on a toilet to breast feed my child.  In my opinion the second batch of pictures in this article are way more offensive than the first.  The first ones are beautiful, with mothers feeding their children the way God intended them to.  It is sad that our society deems breast feeding as taboo or inappropriate in public.  I mean I don't just whip 'em out wherever I please without trying to be discreet, but come on people would you eat your meal with a blanket over your head?  My son hates to be covered and always yanks off the cover, or at least tries to, and then gets all hot and sweaty.  If you don't want to see a breast feeding mothers breast, just look away you don't have to stare at her.  She is feeding her child, not flashing you on purpose I am sure...

Oh my!  Did I just read that somebody wishes we would go sit in a bathroom stall to feed our babies??  Wow!  Would you take your baby to the toilet and feed it a bottle??

I personally have no issue with women breastfeeding in public.  But I, for my own personal reasons preferred to be covered up when I was breastfeeding my daughter.  I know it is a natural, beautiful thing, but I grew up in a conservative home, and like to remain covered up.  I however would never ask another mom to cover up, because the child has to eat, and sometimes you have to be in public.

Everyone wants the best for their babies. Breastmilk is 100% the best thing for your babies. I guess you're supposed to just stay home until you're child is no longer breastfeeding?! Sorry I won't be held prisoner by societies standards.

oh and one more thing to Madismom. Babies can't wait to be fed. Church time, pee time, tv time, it doesn't matter what you're doing a baby isn't going to wait. Not even for god. I don't think god would want a baby to wait anyway.
