How long have you been a member of Bitches@CafeMom?  Originally since around Oct. '08, left for a bit when I had no net access, and then came back.

How did you end up being an admin?  I won most spirit during Spirit Week, and got to admin for a day and then a vote was held to see if I, or someone else, would end up being admin.  I won!

Do you find admining Bitches to be more difficult than other groups you admin? Not really.  Why/why not?  There is a really good team going and we all work together.

What duties do you have as an admin in the group? I am running the "Make *so&so* a Siggy" contest, The profile Contest, The Make-up Contest and a few other small ones that pop up here and there.  I will also be helping to run the upcoming Charm School game.  I am excited about that!

What are some of the harder things to make calls on when it comes to someone breaking the rules?  Well, sometimes it's hard to tell when someone is toeing the line on TOS.  I usually try and find another admin online, and try to talk to them about it, before I have to give a warning over nothing.  I will note, I have yet to boot a bitch.

Do you ever feel power hungry? Heck no.  How do you feel about admins/GO that feel and act power hungry? I think they need to get over themselves.  It's a group online, and it's meant to be fun, take a step away from the computer and regroup.

Do you ever find yourself wanting to defend bitches in other groups? Why/why not? To defend the group as a whole?  There hasn't been a need for me to.  I have yet to encounter someone slandering the group as a whole.  BUT if I were to see it, yes, I would defend the group.

If you do, is it more because you are an admin now and feel obligated or just because you don't like people 'bashing' our group? No I don't feel my being an admin I am obligated to. Admin or not, I would defend it. 

Do you belong to or admin any other uncensored or bitch groups?  Just one other bitch group- but I am mainly the siggy admin.  BABC

If so, how do they differ from Bitches? It is a different crowd of ladies, and they have a different outlook on things. They do other games, but they are different than what bitches brings. 

How do you honestly feel about all the drama between the bitch groups?  Do you think its necessary?  I think SOME of it is ridiculous, to be honest.  Like, when there was the PW war- I thought it was just the same thing over and over.  I thought it looked bad on both groups.  But, I think sometimes a little group war- if that's what it's to be called- can be good for the groups.  As long as it's not the same stupid crap over and over.

What are some of the things you get sick of hearing about, even in a bitch group? Why?  Nothing right now to be honest. 

Who is someone in the group that just irritates you every time you see her post and why? Hm..  Well, in THIS group, I would say right now is a member that really needs help with her personal life and her addictions. I am not going to put her name on blast right now, because that is not how I roll, but she knows.

Do you have a bitch title? If so what is it? Why did you pick it?  Yes, I am The Chi-town Bitch.   I choose it because at the time, The Juggalette Bitch was taken, I was new to the group and the concept of battling. PLUS, I love my home town city, and rep it even in real life.

Who's bitch title do you think doesnt fit them at all? Hm.. There are a little too many to name- mainly those that request a name, and then never come back.

What is some advice you would give to a noob coming into the group? lol.. DON'T come in thinking you are hot shit and nothing can touch you.  Take that holier than thou attitude and use it in other groups...  DO NOT post a "Hi, I am new" post.  OMG, don't.  Do NOT post a vent when you are brand new, especially something that you can not handle when your told how it is.

What is something about you that you feel makes you a bitch IRL? I tell it like it is, I don't care who you are.

What is your definition of 'a bitch'? A woman that stands her ground, does not back down, and tells it like it is, without sugar coating everything.

How would you feel if CafeMom merged all the bitch groups into one?  That would be asking for  trouble.  Each group runs itself with different ways.

Which bitch group do you think is the worse and why? The ones that claim to be popular and a bitch, but only have like 10 members, and I never heard of them.

What about the best, other than this one of course, and why? I love BABC- a lot of my friends from here are there, plus, I have made other friends over there.  We get along, yet still have our tiffs.

What makes you feel like a Vet?  Is it amount of time in the group OR general recognition of the more active members in the group?  I think it's a mix of both.  I got to be really active in bitches in December and I have seen all the drama through the history of the group take place and go on.  I know what makes this groups work and run, and I know what will make it fall.  I make sure that a majority of the time on cafemom is spent in bitches.

Any final words for us bitches?  Got mad love for my bitches!!!

Missy has also won several prizes in the Bitches Group, one being an i-tunes card for a radio game and most recently, she has won $55.00 from her choice (she picked Wal-Mart) from our radio show games.  Not to mention an additional $50.00 she won in one of our sister groups!  Missy has continued to win big... I am waiting on what I ordered from walmart to come in!!  Next week, I will have a cute little pink camera to take pics of my LO with!!
