Have I ever had stitches!! I gave birth to linebackers!!

AS a mom who apparently was destined to have half grown babies that is about a dumb a question as one could ask. Heck yes I have had stitches!! 32 with my first child, inside and out, natural birth, he was kind enough to not completely rip my butthole out but he came mighty close. That mighty close left me not wanting to take a dump for 2 weeks, trust me when I did go I was pretty sure they wre gonna have to take me to the hospital and make me a new butthole. One would think after that having another child would be the lowest thing on my list. BUT I forgot, ok well not forgot obviously but shoved it to the back of my mind lol.. Number 2 came along. Bigger then number 1 and with teh mighty decision to come out with the force of an atomic bomb while no one was in the room save a new nurery nurse who nearly swallowed her gum when he crowned, my mother who did not want to be in there to begin with and though foldingme in half like a jackknife woudl "hurry things along" and my loving morphine and demoral laden husband who had arrived the previous evening with a spontaneious pnuemothorax. ( A collapsed lung with no trauma to have occurred to cause it). Needless to say that little adventure nearly had my mother in heart failure, my hubby ready to catch like it was the last inning of th world series and this catch would seal the deal and a nursery nurse begging me NOT to push anymore until REAL medical help arrived.. UMmm yeah . That gave me 25 stitches.

AS if 1 and 2 were not enough of a threat I decided to have number 3. Wait no I didn't decide, protection was in place 2 forms of it. But I got pregnant none the less. He was my runt weighing in at 8 lbs 10 oz and I had him literally 35 minutes after hospital arrival. 17 lovely stitches came from him.

A car wreck in my youth warranted me 17 staples in my head ( explains alot doesn't it)

Gall bladder surgery came with 28 staples..

So yeah I have had stitches and I earned every last one of them..

Jul. 23, 2009 at 12:50 AM No kidding I have 6 kids The smallest was 7lbs the largest 14!! They had to shoot me with demoral for 4 days to get him even to drop and he decided to make up for lost time.

wholey crap!!  i thought  mine were big!!  9lbs 7oz,9lbs 5oz  the 2nd was natural the 1st was c-section.  i was in labor for 90 mins with the 2nd one
