Daily Q: Land & Money

So when i was contemplating this thought, i decided that 5 acres of land was more than enough...

So with my land and un-dispensible amount of cash, I decided i would build 3 sets of duplexes, each with 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a private hot tub. One side of #1 would be for me and liz, while the other side would be for steve (liz's godfather). # 2 would house burger and nicole (at $300 a month) and the other side would be a rental unit (at $750 a month) #3 would be all for my mom, one side being her home and the other side just a large storage unit (she has OCD: hoarding). Cats and dogs would be allowed (um, hello? im letting burger and nicole stay there lol)...

Also, there would be a HUMUNGEOUS mutual pool, complete with slides, a lazy river and a "kiddie area"...

There would also be a large playground for liz and future kiddos to play at...

There would be a large garden plot, complete with veggies, fruits and *other* things...

If its possible, id add a horse barn and like 5 horses or so...

ok yeah and i guess if there was more space, i would probley build a fourth duplex, same as the others, for another rental unit :) both sides going for $750
