CNA Finally!! back to school, general update....

so as of July 22nd, I am officially a Certified Nursing Assistant....

yay!!

I am currently employed in a great facility in Florence. I'm on day shift which is 6:30am to 2:30pm on the station I wanted(which is super fantastic).... and means that I can be home every afternoon and evening with my family....**sigh** finally!!

school starts back in less than a month, and Emma will not be the only one going back this semester..... so will I!!

I registered for two classes this past week and am anxiously trying to get into another class or two that I need.....

Nursing School here I come!! Hoping for acceptance in RN program next fall, so I'm getting a few basics and extras out of the way now in hopes of raising my GPA as well..... best part is one of my best friends is taking classes with me and we hope to be going through nursing school together :-)

our house is still on the market but no nibbles yet.... we've found several interesting properties but we're not narrowing the field until someone bites on our house first, which could take a while...

there have been some definite setbacks and without going into too much detail let's just say that Jason's having career roadblocks... we believe that everything happens for a reason and that it will work out the way it's supposed to. Whether we can understand that reason right now or not doesn't matter. So for now we're learning to work with what we've got....

anyway, since I'm done with state certification I should be back online a bit more for a while.... at least until my fall classes start :-0
