Last night......I ran for thirty minutes then dinner was one chicken. during the day I drank one gallon of water. This morning I did not run because last night I had a bizarre pain in my right leg.
Woke up at 6am
drank 2 8oz of water
drank 1 8oz of water with a scoop of 250 pump
ate 1/2 white omelet
mid morning other 1/2 of omelet
lunch 1 piece of chicken with 1/4 cup sweet potatoe
afternoon - scoop whey
hopefully run
