Hurting for my girls

well it's offical and final their dad will not see them this summer.  His father has arranged to come out at the end of summer to spend a weekend with the girls, I'm extreamly greatful but why can't their father care about them?  I've been feeling really pissed lately that he can so easily dismiss them... he has a new family now a son and now a new daughter... really who needs those pesky kids from the first marraige.... sigh.  will he ever know what he's missing?  Emma bless her heart still loves him... Kerri doesn't even know who he is.  I wanted so much more for my children they deserved so much more.
