Today I went for a walk thru downtown Miami.  Came back and had two 8oz of water

I had a doctors appt had to draw blood so did not eat breakfast.

when i got back i had one piece of chicken and water oh and coffee

For lunch had 1/4 quinoa and 1 piece of chicken

Mid afternoon i have boiled eggs

Dinner  - 1/4 cup of broccoli with sesame seeds and one piece of chicken.
